Warren Stumpf, CIC, has over 40 years of insurance experience. A Wilkes College graduate, he founded Capital Region Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1996, located on the river in Wormleysburg, PA, with an eye view of the state capital, Harrisburg, PA.

CRIA, Inc. is currently licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, New Jersey, District of Columbia, West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Illinois and served well over 5,000 clients for all of their insurance needs for over the past 20+ years. Service for prospective and current customers is highly stressed in daily business.

Warren specializes in commercial insurance, including bonding, workers’ compensation, commercial property, liability, and professional liability. Besides running CRIA, Inc., Warren is an elected borough council member of Wormleysburg and is involved with the local YMCA.
